Who we are

Faizan Realty is a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help buyers choose and book new property launches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected on this website and its landing pages, including our new-launch pages and enquiry forms. We are responsible for that data. We are not a developer, and this website is not the website of Aldar, DAMAC, Majid Al Futtaim, Binghatti or any other developer.

We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us in the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

Details you give us

  • Your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and, if you add it, your email address.
  • Your answers in our forms: the launch you are interested in, the home type, your budget, when you plan to buy, your goal (for example living, investment or Golden Visa) and the best time to call you.
  • What you tell us later by WhatsApp, phone or email, for example the homes you shortlist.

Details collected automatically

  • How you reached our page: the ad or campaign (such as UTM tags), the search keyword, and Google click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid).
  • The pages you visit, the date and time, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address, through the Google tools described below.

We do not ask for passport, Emirates ID or payment details on this website. If you decide to buy, the developer and we will ask for the documents the law requires at that stage.

We do not use your data to make decisions about you that are based only on automated processing. Our forms give your enquiry a priority (for example by budget and timing) only so our team can reply in the right order.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the Google tag, through Google Site Kit, for Google Ads and Google Analytics. It uses cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which ads bring enquiries, and avoid showing you the same ad too often.

When you submit a form, we tell Google Ads that an enquiry was made. To measure this accurately we use Google's enhanced conversions: your phone number and email are converted into an unreadable code (hashed) on your device before they are sent to Google, and Google uses them only to match the enquiry to an ad.

Our pages also save small notes in your browser's own storage, for example that you have already seen our pop-up, how far you got in a form, or your request for the thank-you page. These stay on your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ads personalisation in your Google account, and stop Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Who we share it with

  • Developers. Only when you decide to book, ask us to register your interest with them, or ask for a site visit, we share the details needed for that with the developer of the project, such as Aldar, DAMAC, Majid Al Futtaim or Binghatti.
  • Our service providers. Website hosting and our WordPress tools that receive the form, our email service, Google (Ads and Analytics) and WhatsApp (Meta) for messages. They handle data only for the service they provide to us.
  • Authorities. When the law requires it, for example the Dubai Land Department, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency or anti-money-laundering authorities.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our providers, such as Google and Meta, may store or process data outside the UAE. We use well-known providers that protect personal data with appropriate safeguards, as UAE law requires.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry details: for as long as we are helping you, and up to 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete them.
  • If you buy through us: the records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires. For anti-money-laundering records this is at least five years.
  • If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only a note of your number so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct details that are wrong or out of date;
  • delete your details, unless we must keep them by law;
  • stop or limit how we use them, or object to it;
  • stop sending you messages about other launches (reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, or tell us by phone or email);
  • withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before.

Contact us using the details below. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the competent data protection authority in the UAE.

Security

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our team members who handle your enquiry can see your details, and we use providers that protect data with industry-standard security. No website or app can be fully secure, so please don't send passport or bank details through our forms.

Children

Our website is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
